Every Saturday by 1pm, you complete a 10-point performance review: training, energy, sleep, nutrition, friction, one win. Honest reflection, not a form to fill in. I read every answer.
Every Sunday you receive a personal voice message from me. A direct response to your specific week: what I noticed, what to adjust, what matters next. Not a template. Not automated.
Your programme is not static. As your check-ins reveal what is working and what is not, I adjust. Travel week coming up? We adapt. Injury signal? We address it before it becomes a problem.
The Weekly Check-In
The check-in is the backbone of the coaching relationship. It forces you to reflect on the week as it actually was, not as you intended it to be. Training score, energy, sleep, what got in the way, one win.
I use your answers to calibrate the following week: adjusting load, identifying patterns, and responding to what is actually happening in your life. That is where the real coaching happens.

Who This Is For
This works for people who are already disciplined in other areas of their life and want the same standard applied to their physical performance. People who travel, work long hours, and have tried generic programmes that did not account for how their life actually runs.
It does not work for people who need someone to chase them, who are looking for the cheapest option, or who want a coach to tell them what they want to hear. If that is you, I am not the right fit. I would rather be honest about that now.
