About

I started on the gym floor in London over 13 years ago. Before that, I competed as an athlete at the highest level I could reach: serious commitment, the kind of discipline that does not switch off. When that chapter closed, I brought everything I had learned into coaching.
Over the years, most of my clients have been senior professionals in finance, brokering, and executive roles. People who are high-functioning in their work and want the same standard applied to their physical performance. They do not need motivation. They need structure, accountability, and a coach who pays attention.
My clients stay. Not because I chase them, but because the work is honest and the system holds. The longest relationships span years. That is the only metric I care about.
"I do not need you to like me. I need you to show up."
13 Years on the Floor
Before online coaching, there was the floor. Hundreds of clients, thousands of sessions, every situation you can imagine. That depth of experience is what makes the remote system work — because I have already seen what breaks people's consistency, and I built the check-in and the programme structure around it.
The clients who stay with me longest are not the ones who were already disciplined. They are the ones who were not — and built it.
What I Believe
Motivation is unreliable. A well-designed system works even on the days you have nothing left. That is what I build.
I will tell you what I see in your check-in, not what you want to hear. That is the job. Comfort is not the product.
The professional who trains three times a week for three years will always outperform the one who trains hard for three months and disappears.
Every client gets the same level of focus. That is why I keep the roster small. You are not one of hundreds.
